Clinical Nurse Manager

Sydney “Syd” Utley, BSN, RN, brings nearly a decade of nursing experience and a strong background in cardiac critical care, outpatient cardiology, and plastic surgery to Tampa Bay Total Wellness.

Syd earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing and maintains ACLS and BLS certifications. Her clinical experience includes five years in the cardiac ICU, three years in cardiac outpatient care—including experience as a Lead RN—and a year in plastic surgery.

Today, as Clinical Nurse Manager at Tampa Bay Total Wellness, Syd leads and supports our nursing team while working collaboratively with providers and staff to help create a smooth, safe, and exceptional patient experience throughout the practice.

She is passionate about helping patients feel healthy, confident, and comfortable in their own skin. Her experience in both medicine and aesthetics has shown her how improving the way someone feels about themselves can positively affect their confidence, health, and overall well-being.

She enjoys getting to know each patient personally and making sure every visit feels tailored to the individual—not simply the treatment being performed.
